Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Till now, there are 244 giant pandas and more than 160 red pandas in Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding includes breeding, management, research, protection, education, genetic management and tourism of giant pandas. Located in 1375# Panda Road, Northern Suburb,Chengdu Sichuan, P.R.China, Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is 10 kilometers from the downtown of Chengdu, 30 kilometers from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and 70 kilometers from Tianfu International Airport.

Dujiangyan Chinese Giant Panda Garden

Opening Hours: 7:30-18:00(The latest time of entrance is 17:00)
 

Dujiangyan Chinese Giant Panda Garden is 18 kilometers from the downtown of Dujiangyan and near the Qingcheng Mountain. Yaan Base of CCRCGP(China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Panda)

Opening Hours: 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:00
 

Built on December 28th, 2003, Yaan Base of CCRCGP includes research, breeding and tourism of giant pandas. Till now, there are more than 60 giant pandas in Yaan Base of CCRCGP. It is a national park of giant pandas in China and hometown of many famous pandas.

With an annual average temperature of 23℃, Yaan Base of CCRCGP is a perfect destination to avoid heat and breathe the fresh air.
